One thing I think I'm finding inconsistent in the article is there seem to
two kinds of craftsman in it - the kind that are "indulgent" and fall in
love with the software itself while ignoring the ROI, and then "real
craftsman" who are lead not into temptation and tease out elegance from a
tangle of raw enterpriseishness.
