Funny you should bring this up now. I've been getting the itch to dig back
into C++ now that the new standard is final, and I'm toying with the idea of
doing an  e-book on the subject. Something that focuses entirely on
C++0x/Boost and doesn't try to bring you up to speed on 20+ years of
language evolution. Something aimed at programmers who already grok
higher-level, dynamic languages. My biggest concern is that it wouldn't
sell, but I think framed in the right way it might have some traction. I'd
welcome others' thoughts on such a project.
