Debug with the following pointers
1) Your config has multiple services for a group. First, check if that is
the problem.
2) Are the health check packets reaching all the servers? In your case, 
you have many virtual ports, make sure hcs are done for every port.
3) If hcs to the servers are fine, the problem could be with Alteon switch.
