Apache Server Redhat -cookie Generation

Dear All,

I have given the following commands in my Server, but caould i get cookies
in my PC
from which i have given the Http request

<IfModule mod_usertrack.c>
CookieExpires 60
CookieName wdc
CookieStyle Cookie
CookieTracking on
