Hi AlianB,

Hash metric does not maintain persistency when a faulty servers comes back
or a new server is added. While phash can do the job. It is a superset of
minmiss and hash functionality. Better to use phash to maintain exact
persistency.

The application guide extensively describes the group metrics and how they
behave when servers goes down or new servers are added etc.,

check this link
http://www142.nortelnetworks.com/mdfs_app/techdoc/enterprise/other/ASOS_24.0.0/pdf/NN47220-104_01.05_ASOS_AG.pdf

I wonder I could not find application guide in their new home
http://radwarealteon.com

Thanks,
_Ravi.
