Does anyone have any experience configuring Global Triangulation in a Radware AppDirector (or WSD)? We are trying to use it as a fallback redirection method (DNS is primary). We wouldn't mind using Http Proxy redirection (which we did get working), but it doesn't seem to support it as a fallback method. Also, we can't use HTTP redirection because we can't allow the URL to change. So it seems Global Triangulation is the only redirection method left for HTTP traffic... Our configuration is straightforward. There are 2 Global AppDirectors (1.06.09) - 1 in CA and 1 in NY. After configuring both Radwares according to the documentation for Global Triangulation (not using NAT)we are able to see the request go from the local AppDirector to the remote AppDirector (hits the Triangulation VIP). The Remote AppDirector also shows it is sending the request to a server on the local farm, however, the page hit never makes it to the local web server and the client connection eventually times out. I've setup captures in our firewalls and on the local web server to verify this. It's also interesting to note that if you try and hit the Triangulation VIP directly it also doesn't work - the request never gets sent to the web server. Thanks in advance, Mike -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/Radware-AppDirector-Global-Triangulation-tp25014328p25014328.html Sent from the Load Balancing mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ lb-l mailing list [email protected] http://vegan.net/mailman/listinfo/lb-l Searchable Archive: http://vegan.net/lb/archive http://lbdigest.com Load Balancing Digest http://lbwiki.com Load Balancing Wiki
