Look for user's reviews, they are less biased. As it goes, check out ZXTM
from Zeus if you wish to use commercial solutions, they have been so far the
best in my experience.

With a couple of open source tools you can easily outperforms the commercial
products, but the tweaking hassle and the cluttered it may create can be in
some case a decisive factor.
