Hi Peter,

Can you color-code that compared to the plug I have that is documented on 
Tony's site?:
I do not have TX/RX/DSR/etc., coding for the individual colors on that 
plug/converter. Hence it is guess-work for me...
I am not having much luck getting a console connection to my Blade Center 
switches. :-(
