By the way, if you need to delete/modify/add LB configuration you can use Web Based Managment (http, https), and not only API. Anyway, If you still want to have such capabilities, I recommend you Radwar= e AppDirector product which has API, HA (VRRP, ARP) and also has uniqe centralized manager to manage all the devices in one place.
