The problem with a lot of load testing tools is that they generate all
their traffic from a single IP. This is atypical traffic that the load
balancer might interpret as an attack. You might be hitting a
per-source-address connection limit. You need a tool that can spoof
random source addresses yet still establish and track the TCP
connections while sending the layer 7 payload data.
