Hi All, It's been 10 years (started July 2000), and the lb-l has been a great resource for load balancing aficionados and beginners alike. However, with Google, Twitter, and various vendor websites, it's becoming a dinosaur. It takes a bit of work to maintain a mailing list, and oddly enough it takes more work to maintain a lightly used list then a heavier one. I think we've hit the point of diminishing returns for usefulness on investment in time. So I'm thinking of retiring the list. The archive will always be around of course, but the list will likely be decommissioned. And rather than a sign of a stagnant load balancing/ADC community, it's a sign of progress, that there are better, more efficient resources (Google, vendor help sites, etc.) than this list. There hasn't been much activity in quite a while, but before I pulled the plug I wanted to hear everyone's thoughts.
