Good points, but I've already abandoned their list.  I've been on it a long 
time, and can't honestly say that I hold out much hope for that 
community.  Some people will make it, eventually, most will come up with 
excuses for why agile isn't real, just as they did with objects a few years 
back.

I suspect that many DBAs are a lot more grounded in reality and as a result 
might be more receptive to the agile message.
