Re: [AM] Sharing information across the enterprise

I think self-organization is much more likely to work if you're starting
a new organization, with a common goal, than if you are handing a common
goal to an existing set of teams.  My experience is that running teams
tend to be very proprietary and subject to NIH (resisting things
from other teams just because they're from other teams).  A good
shuffling would probably help.
