One thing in common: Spiral and Agile include generating feedback as a key practice. One difference: Agile makes specific comments about communication, simplicity and courage, whereas Spiral does not. A group of six people, each working on the same project, each working on separate components, each working iteratively... this can be Spiral, but it cannot be Agile. To be Agile, they would need to work as a team. There's more, but that's one key difference. -- J. B.
