AM is a very good option in these sorts of environments.

"Best" answer might not always be right depending on the situation, 
although I suppose I could live with that.  ;-)

Very good option might be a better way to think about it.

I wrote up a case study in March/April 2002 issue of IEEE software that you 
might be able to dig up.  It was for an dot com company.
