You could be doing all 4 of these and not be effectively agile, though (the=

customer rings up every day and asks "how's it going?", and we say "fine
thanks. How are you?", and we spend two weeks of every month in integration=

hell, for example).=20

Is there a set of simple and objective tests (by which I guess I mean
measures/metrics - yuck!) by which we can know when we're being agile (or t=

what extent we're being agile)?
