See license in 'doc/legal/license' for details. Since we are using Aegis the versioning system will largelly follow it's branch numbering scheme for version numbering. Please note we assume changes and branch points are equivelent so if branch has a change 1 and a branch 2 then X.1 and X.2 refer to them respectivally.
