	It also has to do with your low level implimentation and thats why we
are focus on both the high level and the low level at the same time.  For example
the "stock" version of PAM will take zero hit from being virtual [1].  Also from the
core design that we are currently dealing with in the core team there will be zero hit from
the core language implimentation for being dynamic in bindings.  This means the only where
a hit will take place is at the paradigm level and if we stick to good standards in this area
there should be very little if any hit here.
