Sure, check out http://www.bentodev.org.   There are *a lot*
of documents yet to be written (one of the drawbacks of not
having a committee), so you might get the best sense of the
language by perusing some Bento source code -- see
http://www.bentodev.org/source/index

One more thing I should add: designing a language is a
tremendously fulfulling experience.  The best part is
using your own language to do something really cool.  It's a 
kind of hacker nirvana squared.
