The fact that in the middle ages, no one knew how to build a Golden Gate
Bridge, doesn't mean it can't be done :-)

I think, right now, everyone would like to be able to design a
language which can be used like the pipe command in a shell:
You define some basic blocks and then you can plug them together
in whatever way you want to make them do something useful for you.

For example, a "search" component should work with any kind
of "text" component (even if this text contains Unicode or
ASCII or if it is left or right).

Right now, we don't know how to do this (well, we know but it would
be too slow ;-)

But maybe with the help of Pragmatic's extensible syntax and compiler,
someone can find a working solution for this problem.

That would boost productivity beyond anything we can imagine
today.
