In Eclipse, go to the Refactor Menu and then choose history.

It displays the history based on project and then on history. Here's
a detail sample from my current project:

Rename type '...AnnotationArgum entMatcher' to 'ArgumentMatcher'
- Original project: 'compiler'
- Original element: ....AnnotationArgum entMatcher'
- Renamed element: '....ArgumentMatche r'
- Update references to refactored element
- Update textual occurrences in comments and strings

Regards.
