 I recently started using the beta version of 5.0, but it doesn't have
a true "Extract Class" refactoring either.

I thought I recalled using something more like Eclipse's Extract Class
wizard in C#, but it appears I was mistaken. Actually, even moving a
method is a bit of a pain in the butt in C#, but ReSharper can be
quite helpful.
