Yep. Actually all of the JetBrains IDEs support refactoring JavaScript
(IDEA, RubyMine, WebStorm, PHPStorm, and PyCharm.) I would recommend that
you check out the one that is most appropriate for you. With the exception
of IDEA all of these tools are very new, but all are excellent.
