List Management...

I'm looking further into this CaptainBlake problem.

This list has 1135 bouncing emails -- categorized into Soft Bounce or Hard
Bounce.

I'm considering removing all 1135 of the bouncing emails to see if that
fixes this problem.  Any objections before I do that?
