Re: refactoring

There is always duplication in code. Some of it can't be removed because of
limitations in the language, but it is always there. Part of the skill of
refactoring is learning how to see it.

Also, I agree with Arun. There are some smells that are easy to see without
looking for duplication per se (But the duplication is still there, I
promise.)
