BTW, the sourcemaking website is in gross violation of copyrights -
blatantly stealing word-for-word content (including images) from Martin
Fowler's Refactoring book, the Gang-of-Four's Design Patterns book and the
people who publish their books.  I'm amazed that the site is still up.
