Re: Refactoring wishlist

There are two refactorings I sometimes wish I had:
1) Convert non-static method to static.
2) Convert static method to non-static.

I'm not sure where these fall on the tricky/frequent scale, and they are not on Fowler's list, but maybe they'll do.
