I tried twice. Got tricked by one question on pre-requisites for starting the sprint planning meeting...yes, there are no pre-requisites but I would say at least the participants should agree to have a business objective and purpose prior to the meeting. In other words, although we don't know now, we do want to go in the meeting with the intention that by end of the planning we want to know what business value we are trying to give by end of sprint. Overall, very helpful. Highlighting for PO to stay focused on optimizing the value of work done by the team, what is important to stakeholders and stress on "what" than "how" ...Ravi.
