Product Owner Open 13 out of 15 86.7% The two I got wrong: - Must the Product Owner be present at the Sprint Retrospective? I didn't think so:-) Best if that can be done, some situations where that relationship wasn't yet at a level that people felt free enough. So there I'd do it on invite. - Who creates the definition of "Done"? This one was confusing to me... In complete inconsistency with my opinion above, I actually think that a PO has some say in the DoD. I also think this is something that originates with the scrum team, and can be different between teams even within one organisation. Frankly, 'the development organisation' doesn't mean that much to me in a Scrum context. Also 'common denominator' could be an issue for non-native speakers.
