Projects, Programs in IT are quite the same every= where may be the challenge of integrating core banking system or real-time = transactions are, then you can find plenty of cases. Personally, I worked f= or Euroclear (Bank of banks, clearing), design the agile part of the Digita= l Transformation of BNPParibas, Lombard Odier Private Bank, SAP Corporate F= inance including Global Treasury, Banque de Luxembourg, and a couple more, = even Trading and Asset Management & Hedge Funds. Beyond Budgeting is somet= hing different that has been used and tested since over 40 years in Swedish= Banks like Sparbank or Handelsbanken as the core management system.
