Don't listen to me. We all know  that I am a poor teacher. Teach it to 
yourself. Even with my limited ability, I was able to accomplish that much. 
My argument is that it would be more than well worth your trouble to do so, 
if you want to improve communication with your customer.

If I can ever help you with a point or two along the way, I will be more 
than willing to do so.
