Why do you bother asking, Ron?  Haven't you figured out that Dan is a
"barstool scientist" yet?  You know what I mean -- the kind of guy
who'll spout science at you from his stool in the bar, but when you ask
him for the necessary steps to reproduce and validate his finding, he
excuses himself and heads for the bathroom.  By the time he comes back,
you've lost interest and have started listening to some other people in
the bar.

I'm definitely starting to form the opinion that, like the phrase "you
cannot change what you cannot measure" ... the phrase "that which you
cannot repeat is only luck, never skill" is equally as true.

I would love to see Dan write up a series of actual steps to perform
with concise instructions for all of us to try.  I'll bet anyone a beer
that it'll never happen in Dan's lifetime.  He may very well be on to
something, but he just isn't the person to share it with the world.
