Performance improvement in Swig Layer

Hi Swig Team,

Hope you are doing well.

  Can You please suggest the ways to improve the swig generated java api
code whose native code is in c++?

I have tried with upgrading the swig version to 3.0.12 and also using flags
like -O and - fastdispatch but there was no any improvement observed.

Please suggest more ways to improve it as early as possible.
