I know a number of good books on TDD. I've not read any of them all the
way through. I think reading these books and mastering TDD are
orthogonal. Mastering requires practicing, not reading. Reading a good
book is a shortcut, a boost, but won't make you a master.
Lasse Koskela's latest book, Effective Unit Testing, is also good.
