If I save this in UTF-16...

CPPUNIT_ASSERT(0 != wcscmp(L"Höijärvi", composed));

then all of it is UTF-16, include the !=, the ;, the
_, the ASSERT, everything. VC++ compiles it anyway.

UTF-16 --|> UTF-8
