Read /Extreme Programming for Web Projects/, by
Wallace et. al.

BDUF and BRUF for logic == bad.

BDUF and BRUF for content == good.

Your onsite customer can confirm the esthetics of a
site before you spend time authoring the internal
details.

"Authoring" means installing content and light logical
stuff that can't affect internal logic.

The WebXP book makes an excellent case for specifying
content in phases.

Agile means...

 - accept feature requests in any order

 - release any integration

 - minimize the time between specifying a feature
     and deploying it

"Agile" does not mean "no up front anything".

In the case of "release any integration", the WebXP
book also makes an excellent case for a light but
aggressive website infrastructure that forbids all the
cruft of a typical incomplete Web site - broken links,
missing content, etc. WebXP Web sites always form a
complete round trip.
