Hi Tony,

Since you are using Infragistics controls, you might want to check out
Infragistics' latest product, TestAdvantage. Other than that, test driving
the UI is near to impossible in Windows. This is why some developers have
created their own custom control systems to be able to actually test their
cool custom controls as they build them...

Subject: [TFUI] Infragistics question

I've inherited an application that uses Infragistics widgets extensively,
even promiscuously. Let's say I have an UltraWinTree (I do, in fact). Let's
also say that the original developer simply used globals extensively. I want
to put the tree inside a custom control, let the custom control own the
formerly global data, and put the data inside a CustomTreeSelectEventArgs
object.

Perhaps I'm doing this all wrong, but I'd like to have my tests "select"
nodes from the tree, in order to verify that the expected events fire.
Anyone know how I can do this?
