I haven't had a problem with my tests getting out of sync with my code, no. I do all my development "unconnected" in that everything--tests, "server-side" code, etc--runs locally. The big advantage of testbeds is that you can short-circuit long test paths. This makes your tests more resilient to changes in workflow as well as making them faster, sometimes astoundingly so. Also, since they run on the server, they can set up session state and do other things that you can't do in NUnitAsp. Cheers, Jim PS: Sorry to take so long to reply.
