If you extend only MockStrutsTestCase, the server will be mocked. I
*believe* that Cactus goes through HttpUnit, and of course a test case
derived from CactusStrutsTestCase will therefore have to be deployed,
will go through the server, &c., &c.
I'm new to Web programming, and the indirection necessitated even by a
mock server / container is taking some getting used to. I have the
feeling that I'm really TDD'ing a struts-config.xml file as much as my
own code.
