The big division here is between interactive testing and unattended testing. 
To run NCU unattended, add a global boolean breakOnFaults, and set it to 
true when interactive. Set it to false when running unattended. (Do that, 
for example, by setting it to false when the environmental variables say the 
current computer is your test server.)

Then log the transcripts of the runs, and e-mail them out.
