I havent read any of your chapters or anything so I probably shouldn't be commenting at all so I don't come off sounding silly myself.. But is he perhaps referring to some more traditional thinking on testing and its relation to what you are writing? Maybe he would like you to relate your writing to existing literature on testing, even if only to say it's not like that.. ? To make it clearer for someone not so familiar with TDD/TF but familiar with more traditional testing. Some theoretical context or whatever. Like I said I haven't read it so maybe you already said it all. Is this available someplace?
