Fry's Electronics shelves /TDD/ with the testing and QA books. I told
their sales associates not to, and you might guess the results. Maybe
a jet-setter consultant with thousands of hours experience pitching XP
could try it.

But, in my case, I write that Fry's should not shelve...

Tell the editors the book targets everyone writing a GUI. Tell the
actual buying public to try Test-First for GUIs, get stuck, and
recognize the name.
