One FAQ about TDD is "it's taking me too long to pass the tests". It
should only mean you make a few edits to pass the test. If you need to
research how to pass the test, you can do that in a sandbox without
tests. If your test case is requiring too many edits, you should back
out and make a smaller test case.

There's no one adverb for this concept.
