GUI Toolkits qualify as WELC "legacy code". Suppose your boss orders
you to start using TDD, but you have a GUI project. Your first few
test cases will go long, not short. This is incredibly distracting,
and it makes TDD look really bad.

Getting back to that sweet spot requires knowing what it looks like.
When a TFUI project matures, you actually start forgetting to look at
its GUI as you develop.
