Re: Fit fest

According to Uncle Bob at the end, only two of the stories were
completed, with an expansion of the code from 200 loc to 600 loc,
mostly due to refactoring. I was only there for one session on
Monday afternoon, so I can't contribute firsthand observations of
the rest of the (aparent lack of) process.

One thing I did notice from the session where I paired with
Ward is that we need a formal mechanism for sharing state
between fixtures in a single page. Unfortunately, I didn't
notice this in time to bring it up in the towards Fit 1.0 session,
but I will bring it up when we finalize specs for Fit 1.0.
