The first few days were packed every time I stopped by. The last day was 
very empty.

I'll be curious to hear if the code growth is all refactoring to unnecessary 
levels, or if there's more going on. My impression from a look at the end is 
that many stories had some but not all tests passing. In particular, several 
stories in the summary line showed one exception.

I watched JB Rainsberger poke through it a little bit; he thought the server 
process had been working but no longer was.

Speculating even more, I wonder how things would have gone if the stories 
had been prioritized. I heard another suggestion that perhaps the code base 
was just too small for all the people in there.

But the bottom line is that I think people did have fun, and liked the 
chance to play with an unfamiliar technology (and new tools).
