SCons Wiki back on line

The SCons Wiki, which has been broken for many months after it was
vandalized, is back on line:

        http://www.scons.org/cgi-bin/wiki

The Wiki content has been restored as of last October (!), which was the
last current backup we could find (on web.archive.org).  Content was
restored by cutting-and-pasting output, then formatting by hand, so it's
possible that errors crept in.  Please feel free to correct any errors
you notice (it's a wiki, after all...).

A regular backup mechanism has been put in place so we shouldn't have
the same problem if (when?) it happens again.
