Any unexplained failures on python3-port?

Greetings,

Unless we have some unexplained failures on the branch,I'd like to merge it
down to default and move forward from there.

Any issues?
(Besides the one's Russel's reported which look to most likely be due to
packages installed on his system. Though ideally we'd figure out how to
skip those tests when the environment is broken)
