I have installed the gcc7 MacPort, I'm afraid I refuse to go with any
GCC as ancient as 4.7. ;-)

You shouldn't have to set the dmd.conf in this sort of situation if I
remember correctly, but I need to get to the stage of having stuff
break at link time.
