Thanks to Bill for the pointer to a kind of analogous builder.

I now have a dub tool builder that uses an emitter to change the target
so as to make use of the standard Dub cache instead of something in the
project, and sort of works. It has lots of errors but at least it is
sort of doing the right things in a simulacrum of the proper way.

With luck I'll have an "all source at once" D compilation builder so as
to test unit-test library use.
